Warm Water Fitness Classes

Aerobic Water Art Class

Mondays/Wednesdays 1:00 - 1:30

High energy exercises in a fun and active environment to increase cardiovascular health. Improve muscle strength and active personal fitness goals.

 

Gentle Water Art Class

Tuesdays/ Thursdays  9:30-10:L00 am and 10:30 - 11:00 am

Modified Exercise to maintain and increase your range of motion.
