What is Work-Abilities?

  • Educational, hands on opportunity for people with disabilities to gain employability skills and discover the various ways they can make their own money
  • Provides individualized and more intensive support to explore a variety of employment opportunities
  • A free service, funded by the Ontario Trillium Foundation

  • Identify your skills, interests and talents
  • Develop employability skills
  • Gain on the job experience
  • Create a work profile to market yourself to employers
  • Discover the type of employment that works best for you
  • Develop a plan to reach your employment dreams
